How do I place an order online?

How do I pay for my furniture online?

You can make your payment online through secure options such as bank transfer, UPI, or payment links shared by our team. Once the payment is received, your order will be processed and confirmed.

Do you accept payments made with an American Express card?

Yes, we accept payments made through major credit cards, including American Express, subject to gateway availability at the time of transaction.

What all payment modes do you accept?

We accept payments through bank transfers, UPI, credit and debit cards, and payment links shared by our team. Cash payments are also accepted within the government’s prescribed limits.

Do I have to pay in full when I place my order?

We require 50% of the total amount as an advance to confirm your order, and the remaining balance is to be paid before delivery. Our team will guide you through the payment process once your order is placed.

Do you offer Bajaj financing?

No, we do not offer Bajaj Finance or any other EMI financing options. All purchases are processed through direct payment modes.

Do you offer EMI or installment options on furniture purchases?

No, we do not offer EMI or installment options. All furniture purchases are processed through full or scheduled payments as per our order terms.

Does IDUS collect credit card surcharges or check out fees when I pay with my credit card?

No, IDUS does not charge any additional credit card or checkout fees. You only pay the final invoice amount shared with you.

Will I have to pay goods & service tax on my order?

Yes, all purchases are subject to an 18% Goods & Services Tax (GST) as per government regulations. The applicable GST will be mentioned clearly in your final invoice.

Do your products ever go on sale?

 We host a special annual sale once a year on the occasion of our showroom anniversary, from 30th August to 15th September, where our entire collection is offered at exclusive prices.

Can I make any changes after placing my order?

Once an order is confirmed, no changes can be made as the production process begins immediately. In exceptional cases, if any modification is absolutely necessary, our team may review the possibility, but only with prior approval and additional effort or cost involved.

I received my order in a damaged condition, how can I seek help ?

In case your order arrives damaged, please inform the IDUS team member who assisted you during your purchase or the person currently in touch with you. Share clear photos or videos of the damage within 24 hours of delivery, and we will review the issue to arrange repair, replacement, or an appropriate resolution at the earliest.

Do your furniture pieces come with a warranty?

We offer complete design consultation and styling assistance with your purchase. Are the images on your website true to the actual color and materials?

While we make every effort to ensure the images on our website accurately reflect the color, texture, and finish of each product, slight variations may occur due to lighting and screen resolution. Will the products be the same as what I see on your website?

Do you offer site visits before order confirmation?

Site visits are offered on a need basis and are fully conditional. We usually schedule a visit once the design scope and commercials are understood, and a nominal advance is received. After that, our team assesses the space, takes measurements, and reviews the layout to ensure precise planning and execution. We also capture site photos to understand the materials and finishes being used, as they play a key role in developing the mood board and selecting coordinated materials for your project.

Do you also assist with complete interior design services?

Yes, we offer complete interior design services with a strong design intent to bring your vision to life. Yes, we deliver to all cities across India, with safe packing and reliable transportation.

Do you charge extra for delivery?

Delivery charges are applicable and are calculated based on the location, product size, and logistics requirements. We ensure transparent costing and safe, reliable handling for every order.

Do your delivery charges include installation?

Yes, our delivery charges include installation. A trained IDUS technician accompanies every delivery to ensure safe handling and proper setup at your site.

What can I expect from white glove service ?

With IDUS White Glove Service, you can expect a seamless, premium experience from start to finish. Our team handles everything, from careful delivery to precise placement, ensuring your furniture arrives in perfect condition and is set exactly where you want it. We unwrap, assemble, install, and clean up, leaving your space ready to enjoy.

Will your team only deliver the furniture to the doorstep, or also position it within the designated space?

At IDUS, we go beyond simple delivery. Our experts ensure your furniture is carefully transported, unpacked, and positioned precisely in your designated space. We handle all the alignment and adjustments so every piece fits perfectly and complements your interiors seamlessly, leaving your space ready to enjoy.

Can I pick up my order using a third party carrier?

You may use a third-party carrier to pick up your order. Please note that IDUS will not be able to accompany the transit, and we cannot assume responsibility for any damage that may occur during the delivery.

Do you deliver to upper floors if there’s no lift access?

  Yes, IDUS can arrange delivery to upper floors without lift access. Kindly note that additional labour charges will apply for transporting furniture upstairs. In cases where a crane or pulley is required, the associated costs will be borne by the client. Our team ensures that all items are handled with utmost care, preserving their quality and finish.

Can I self-pick up my order from the store or warehouse?

Yes, self-pickup from our store or warehouse is permitted. Please note that the transit will be managed independently, and appropriate measures should be taken to ensure the furniture reaches you safely and in optimal condition.

Is it possible to plan the delivery for a later date after placing my order?

Yes, delivery can be scheduled for a later date within a committed time frame. For your convenience, we can plan the delivery as per your preferred date, provided it falls within the agreed timeline. We recommend confirming this at the time of order to ensure smooth scheduling.

What are your store timings?

Our store operates from 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM, Tuesday to Sunday.

Do you operate all days of the week?

We remain closed on Mondays. The store is open from Tuesday to Sunday.

Is it possible to see the selected products in person before purchase? 

 Yes. If the product you’ve selected is part of our ready-to-dispatch collection, you can see it in person at our showroom, items that are made-to-order may not always be physically available in the store.

Do you customize furniture designs?
