This website, www.idus.in (“Website”), is owned and operated by MR Decor Private Limited, operating under the brand name IDUS (“IDUS”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By accessing or using this Website, you (“user”, “customer”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please discontinue use of the Website.
1. Eligibility & International Access
The Website may be accessed from anywhere in the world. However online ordering, payments, shipping, installation, warranty, and after-sales service are available only within India.
For International orders please contact us at support@idus.in.
You must be 18 years or older to place an order on www.idus.in.
2. Use of the Website
You agree not to:
- Violate any laws
- Copy or misuse Website content
- Interfere with the functionality of the Website
- Engage in fraudulent or unlawful activities
IDUS may change, suspend, or restrict Website access at any time.
3. Intellectual Property
All Images, Photographs, Videos, Text, Designs, Illustrations, Drawings, Product descriptions, Project Photography, Logos are the exclusive property of MR Decor Pvt. Ltd. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.
4. Design Infringement Disclaimer
IDUS respects all global design and intellectual property rights. Many IDUS products are original designs made in our facilities. IDUS is also a manufacturer and importer. Some products are sourced internationally. For imported products, the design rights belong to the original manufacturers, and IDUS does not claim ownership.
IDUS does not intentionally copy or replicate any protected design.
If you believe a design conflicts with your registered work, please contact us at support@idus.in. We will review and take corrective action if required.
5. Product Information & Natural Materials
All photographs on our Website are taken by the IDUS photography team of REAL IDUS products. Colors may vary slightly due to studio lighting and screen differences.
Natural materials such as marble, leather, wood, and stone have unique variations in grain, tone, and pattern. These are natural characteristics, not defects.
If you require exact samples or clarification, please contact us before purchasing.
6. Ordering Policy
When placing an order you agree to all Terms & Conditions, policies, and delivery rules.
Most products are made-to-order or bespoke, and production begins immediately.
Therefore orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once placed.
If you feel you made a mistake while ordering, please contact us within 2 days, and we will try to assist with an exchange (subject to production status).
7. Bespoke & Customisation
We specialise in custom and bespoke luxury furniture. You may request custom sizes, fabric options, or finish changes by contacting us directly or visiting our store.
Bespoke/customised orders are strictly non-cancellable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable.
8. Pricing, Taxes & Payment
All prices are in INR. GST will be applied as per regulations at checkout.
On www.idus.in we accept full payment via:
- Credit Cards
- Debit Cards
- Net Banking
- UPI
- Wallets
For institutional or bulk orders, please contact us for custom payment terms.
For Direct Bank Transfers & Cheque payment please contact us prior to placing your order.
9. Invoicing & GST Bills
After placing an order, you receive a payment acknowledgement online.
Your final GST invoice will be physically delivered with the product, as it must accompany the shipment for transport clearance.
Institutional GST billing is also available. Please contact us for the same.
10. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery timelines vary by product and are displayed on each product page.
General delivery range: 4 to 12 weeks.
We ship using IDUS-owned trucks OR trusted third-party logistics partners.
Regardless of transporter, the IDUS installation team always accompanies delivery.
Delivery includes:
- Transporting to your home
- Unpacking the product
- Installing in the final location
- Demonstrating functionality
- Signature confirming perfect condition

11. Building Access, Cranes & Special Handling
Before shipping your product our delivery team will contact you to understand access restrictions such as elevators, parking and stairs.
If additional equipment like cranes or special labour is required, these costs are to be borne by the customer.
Any building permissions must be arranged by the customer.
12. Site Readiness
Please accept delivery only when your site is ready: painting complete, cleaning done, no contractors present, floors safe.
Damage caused after delivery due to site work or mishandling is not covered.
13. Sealed Delivery (Upon Request)
If your site is not ready, sealed delivery can be requested. You must sign confirming safe delivery.
Opening later and discovering damage will not be covered by warranty.
14. Warranty
All IDUS products come with a 3-year warranty. It covers only manufacturing defects.
Warranty does not cover:
- Misuse or neglect
- Accidental damage
- Exposure to extreme weather
- Damage by staff or movers
- Renovation-related damage
- Normal ageing
- Self-installation damage
Lifetime Support: After warranty, IDUS can repair at actual material cost (subject to availability).
15. Returns, Cancellations & Exchanges
No Cancellation / No Refund / No Return Policy.
Exchanges allowed only for manufacturing defects reported within 24 hours.

16. Limitation of Liability
IDUS is not liable for indirect damages, delivery issues, delays, variations in materials, or damage after installation approval.
Maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
17. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify IDUS against claims arising from misuse of the Website, breach of Terms, or intellectual property misuse.
18. Third-Party Links
External links may be provided. IDUS is not responsible for their content or policies.
19. Force Majeure
IDUS is not liable for delays caused by uncontrollable events such as natural disasters, strikes, transport restrictions, or supplier delays.
20. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by Indian law. All disputes fall under the jurisdiction of Delhi courts.
